Playing Shirts and Training Gear Returns

Coaches and Managers need to return all playing shirts and training equipment to Majura Clubhouse on:

Saturday 17 September between 9.00am – 12 noon

Please ensure playing shirts are washed and in complete sets. Please do not return incomplete sets unless you are certain a shirt has been lost. If any shirts are missing, then players will be invoiced for the shirt. Please wash bibs as well from your training kits and place in a separate bag. If you can spare an hour to help sort returned gear, then please contact the Club Administrator, info (at) majurafc.org.au

Futsal Team Shirts

If you are looking for a set of shirts for your futsal team, then we will have some older shirt sets available on gear return day, 17 September. We will sell them for $20 a set and all monies raised will go to the Parkin Fund which supports players who need financial assistance to play football with Majura.

Coach of the Year

Players and families this is your chance to nominate your coach for the Coach of the Year award if you feel they did a great job this season. Your nomination needs to include your rationale as to why your coach deserves this award. Consider whether your coach instilled a love of football in their players, did they challenge and encourage their players to develop, were they supportive of each player and were they a good ambassador for Majura FC. The winner of the coach of the year will be our club nomination for the ACT Junior Football Coach of the Year. More information about how to nominate can be found here.
Please send your nominations to info (at) majura.org.au and nominations will be accepted up to COB Monday 19 September 2022.

Looking for a Present for Your Coach?

The Majura Shop (next to the canteen) has a range of jackets and other Majura merchandise that make an ideal thank you gift for your coach and/or manager. We are open on Saturday from 8.30am so pop in and get that present sorted.

Majura Medusas – Women’s Masters Champions 2022

Congratulations to Majura Medusas who won their Grand Final in a nail-biting game that went down to a penalty shoot-out. Their victory was 12 years in the making and we are so proud of them.
