Majura has teams in the Capital Premier League (CPL) competition. This provides a pathway for our talented players who are keen to commit to a higher level of training and games. The CPL season runs from April 1 through to September 2 with two-week final series from September 9 to 17.

Games (for players aged 10 and over) held at the Majura Football Club home ground have the following field layouts (note that these vary slightly depending on the age group):
Capital Premier League (CPL) Boys Trials 2023
Registrations are now open for players wishing to trial for Majura FC’s Capital Premier League Boys (CPLB) program. Heading into our third year in the competition we are looking to build on what was a great 2022 for the program.
Our goal in the CPLB program is to provide a challenging and enjoyable environment for players where they can improve individually, learn to play the game collectively and where they can reach their full potential.
In season 2023, the Majura FC CPLB program will consist of:
- 3 sessions per week
- Pre-season matches
- Season matches
- Recovery sessions with a physiotherapist
- Video-analysis sessions
- Pre-season performance talks with sport professionals
We also pride ourselves on our sense of community, respect, friendship and belonging. All players wishing to be part of the program will be expected to abide by these values.

All players will be expected to trial in their own age group. Players will be advised by the Technical Director if they believe they should be moved up.
If you are offered a position in the Majura FC CPLB program, a parent and the player will be expected to sign and return the code of conduct and pay the deposit within 48 hours to secure your spot in the program. Please check your junk/spam folders regularly to ensure you do not miss the offer.
Please note the rate at which players receive offers will vary throughout the trial period so if another player has received an offer please do not assume you have not. You will receive an email from us with either result.
All players trialing are covered by 2022 Play Football Registration insurance. Please note if a player did not play in season 2022, they must acknowledge in the event of an injury they might not be covered by FA/Capital Football Insurance.
